Gina Oliva is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a passion for empowering women to achieve their fitness goals. With over 7 years of experience in the industry, Gina is dedicated to creating unique and exciting training routines tailored to each individual's goals and abilities. Gina's personalized approach sets her apart, making her a sought-after trainer for those looking to transform their lives through health and wellness.



Toni has always been passionate about health and fitness, and it's a part of who she is. She grew up playing a variety of sports and competitions, which has carried on into adulthood as a priority. Her mission is to help people enjoy fitness and realize that it's fun. Toni wants to motivate people to be healthy and happy, and she believes it all starts with you. By leading by example, Toni hopes to inspire others to make healthy lifestyle changes in a positive manner. She believes that fitness should be enjoyable and wants to share her knowledge and experience to help others achieve their fitness goals. With her fun workouts and positive attitude, Toni hopes to make a difference in people's lives and help them live healthy lifestyles.

Mary has been in the world of gyms and personal training for over 10 years. She has worked with many different types of people ranging from physique athletes to powerlifters, to people who simply want to feel their best inside and outside of the gym!


In recent years her focus and education have shifted a bit towards rehabilitation and helping people continue in their lifting journeys while understanding pain mechanisms and injury.


She loves what she does and believes that once you realize how strong you can be inside of the gym you will truly start to see how strong you can be outside of it.



Joe has been a personal trainer and strength coach for 14 years. He received his certification at Remington University in Tampa in 2010 and has been active making personal training and coaching his sole career ever since. 


Upon exiting the United States Army after 8 years of service, he knew that he wanted to continue being of service to others – finding the gym and exercise to be an amazing outlet for what it did to him physically but also mentally and emotionally. 


His own athletic career also consists of 12 years of strength sports such as Powerlifting and Strongman, also highly competitive – which has given him skills to teach that same mindset to his clients and athletes.  


He has a lot of experience working with many individuals and groups, ranging from 9 to 80 years young, and with all aspect of populations – Paraplegic, blind, cancer patients, people coming back from injuries and athletes aiming for world titles, and many more. 


Joe love helping people reach their true potential and goals, whether it’s general health and fitness, weight loss or strength conditioning, or peaking for competitions.  


He also has multiple other certifications; CrossFit level 1, USAW level 1, and TRX and has taught group classes, boot camps, cardio kickboxing and aquatic fitness for senior citizens.


As a Powerlifting- and Strongman Coach, Joe has had 95% of his athletes place top 3 in all tournaments – having broken multiple National- and World records!

Terrence is a Certified Personal Trainer, specializing in individual resistance training, empowering boot camps and athletic training. 


He is a former Body Builder competitor and in addition to that, also a certified Life Coach and has a certification in Mindfulness.


His personal journey, both spiritual and health, lead him to this industry. He embodies the concept of 3Fit, which is to become one with yourself through spiritual awakening, mental empowerment and physical engagement.
